Funded diplomas
After a six-month probation, we enrol you on the Level 4 or Level 5 NVQ/Diploma in Children, Young People and Families.
Real clinical supervision
Monthly team supervision and reflective practice with our clinical supervisor. Not a tick-box.
A proper induction
Five to ten shadow shifts before you're counted in numbers, and all mandatory training inside eight weeks.
Three children
You will know every one of them. Support is never spread thin here.
Training you'll receive
Face to face
PRICE physical intervention, PACE, Level 3 Paediatric First Aid, ligature awareness.
Trauma-informed
Adverse Childhood Experiences, trauma and the brain, the Trauma Toolbox, vicarious trauma and self-care.
Core and ongoing
Safeguarding, PREVENT, fire warden, Outcome Star, GDPR, restorative practice, cultural competency, LGBTQ+.
